Stephen Codner MNAEA

With more than a quarter-century of experience within the property sector, Stephen started his career in Camden in the mid-1990s and has spent his time working within the North & Northwest London property market. Having worked at Olivers Town for more than 18 years, he is second to none in his knowledge of the local property market and sales values, priding himself on a friendly approach to the local community and customer service. Within his remit in the company, he has also project managed a number of exciting briefs including this new website and has met some very influential people.

Stephen has helped clients through some of the most difficult circumstances and is also on hand to advise on any situation together with his professional network. With main responsibilities centred around valuations, compliance, sales, and client relationships, for both those who have lived in the area for many years or coming to the neighbourhood for the first time. In his spare time, Stephen is keen Cyclists & enjoys the Arts.
