Meet the team
Oliver is the man behind our name. He has lived in Kentish Town his whole life and feels there is no earthly reason to live anywhere else. His career began in the 1970s, and since then he has built strong relationships with the likes of Mick Jagger, Jude Law and Sean Bean. Oliver has dealt with the sales of landmark developments like The World’s End in Camden and the former TV-am studios. As Director and Founder, he enjoys everything about running an independent estate agency. He always aims to lead by example, move with the times, and work with clients to achieve what they want.
Stephen has spent most of his adult life working in the property industry within Kentish Town, Camden and Dartmouth Park. He lives in Highbury and as a foodie and a fan of live music, finds there’s much on offer in Kentish and Camden Town, like Neighbour and Patron for dining and the Jazz Café. Stephen is a Senior Sales Consultant, so his main responsibilities include valuations, compliance, sales and client relationships. The highlight of his role is meeting a diverse selection of people, both those who have lived in the area for many years or those coming to the neighbourhood for the first time.
Rodney is a lifelong resident of Camden and Kentish Town. He worked in Germany and lived in France for a number of years, but was always drawn back to Camden. He loves the diversity of the area, with iconic locations like Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill, Regents Park, Hampstead and Camden Lock on the doorstep. Rodney has always been fascinated by property. During the early phase of his career, he worked in construction, later making a seamless progression to estate agency. He has now worked in property for 33 years and as a Senior Lettings Consultant continues to enjoy every aspect of the property market.
Mina is a lifelong Kentish Town resident, so she has insight into all the neighbourhood has to offer. She likes the tranquility of nearby beauty spot of Hampstead Heath, for strolls through the woodlands. It’s the perfect place to watch the sun set. Having been in the real estate industry for two years, Mina combines her passion for her neighbourhood with work. As a Lettings Negotiator, Mina handles the 360-degree process of rentals. The best part of the job? “Making the impossible possible.”
Mahsa calls Elstree and Borehamwood in Hertfordshire home. She likes our North London neighbourhoods for the beautiful houses, good schools, and the variety of coffee options. She comes from an architectural engineering background and a civil engineering family, so she’s always had an interest in properties. As our Accountant, it‘s Mahsa’s job to pay landlords, return deposits and keep our banking ticking over.
Mihaela is a Property Manager. On any given day, she’s kept busy arranging property maintenance and repairs, processing security deposit returns, liaising between tenants and landlords and making sure properties meet the standards required by all parties. She’s been in the industry for three years, and says it’s the variety within her role that gets her up in the morning. Mihaela likes the symmetry of Georgian properties, as she believes that’s what gives them an aura of grandeur, along with tall ceilings and large windows. She’s also a music fan, so you might find her at the iconic Forum in Kentish Town, which has played host to the likes of Van Morrison, Kiss, The Killers, Jack White, Noel Gallagher, Bobby Womack and Amy Winehouse.
